Qualified candidates will need to:

• Establish referral relationships to develop new business and service existing clientele.
• Deliver perfect service to clientele.
• Shop investors and prepare program rates, costs and breakeven analyses for clients.
• Request, collect and save client punchlists for pre approvals or refinance analyses.
• Stay informed of all origination, processing, appraisal, underwriting and closing requirements for both company and investor guidelines.
• Abide by the Company’s rules, regulations and guidelines.
• Have high speed internet at home [25GB down/10GB up recommended]
• Work productively at home

 EXPERIENCE Requirements:

• Minimum 1year mortgage loan originator experience.
• Maintain all requirements as an active registered Mortgage Loan Originator employed by a State non-Depository Institution with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS).
